Easy Rescue is a young and dynamic company developing and marketing unique and innovative solutions for Rescue, Evacuation and Safety applications.

Easy Rescue was founded by professionals with extensive experience in both Military and Civilian Rescue and Evacuation operations.

How it started

Avi Yancovitch first realizes the need for a lightweight evacuation system while he worked as a high school teacher. In one of the school trips, deep in one of the Golan Height's wadis, a young girl fall and hurt her leg. It was very difficult to carry her out from there. In my mind, I was looking for some sort of a simple and light solution that will help my hurting back. 

After a while, Avi Yancovitch, who is a long time inventor and entrepreneur, discussed his idea with his friend David “Didi” Daboush, a commander of a medical military unit in the IDF, and, Together, they decided to devote themselves to finding a solution.

“When Didi and I first sat down to design Easy Rescue it was our goal to come up with an efficient patient evacuation system that made more efficient use of personnel. We wanted to give rescuers access to places traditional evacuation systems couldn’t go, “said Avi Yancovitch. “As Easy Rescue began to take shape, we realized that our system also freed up the evacuators hands, so they were no longer sitting ducks in the field. They could now carry weapons or other equipment, as well as their patient.”

Daboush and Yancovitch took extra care in researching materials that would not add weight unnecessarily. They also brought Tamar Nix on board. Nix, a soft product designer with over ten years of experience in textile based product design, on board. Together, this dynamic team of young inventors, designers and innovators developed a patient transfer system so lightweight and compact, users will forget it’s there until they find themselves in a moment of need.

The team has plans to develop other products in the Easy Rescue line.
